The Life of an Artist: Olivia Hopkins

Olivia Hopkins, a junior from Houston, TX, is an art major at Stephen F. Austin State University. "I don't really have a style yet," Hopkins said, "I just love painting people." Hopkins is half indian, and the photo of the indian woman is one of her latest pieces she has turned in. "I don't know, my professor keeps telling me I should add something in the background," she said. The black and white photo Hopkins has begun is her most recent painting she has started, and it is just the base of it so she can get an idea of where she is going to have everything placed.
